We are looking for people to add value to our festival and community. We invite you to be a part of a community that likes to learn new skills and evolve by teaching and helping each other to create the festival of our shared dream. This project is a collaborative effort of volunteers who contribute their time throughout the year. For the many projects that we would like to complete, we need your help.

Building & Disassembly Teams

Construction

This team is all about crafting and disassembling small and large things. You’ll work with hammers, screwdrivers and all kinds of tools to build all necessary structures for the festival. If you like building, lifting, or just want to learn something new, come meet us in the shade of the Atelier.

Decoration

Bring beauty into form. Whether you’ve never held a brush or you’re an oil-painting legend, you’re welcome here. From sculpture to signage, paint to fabric – if you’ve ever made a card or loved a color, this team has space for you.

Electric & Light Design

Powering the magic. This crew handles lighting, cables, installations, and electrical needs. If you like glowing things, clever setups, or just the quiet beauty of things working, come plug in with us – experience is not necessary, but curiosity is.

Stage Production Support

The glue that holds the show together. This role is for the versatile "do-it-all" person who is ready to jump in wherever the action is - whether it’s loading gear, burying cables, holding a ladder, or running a quick errand to the Atelier. You don’t need a degree in stage tech, but a "can-do" attitude and a bit of handiness go a long way.

Hospitality (Kitchen Crew)

This is the heart. The kitchen fuels the entire crew with seasonal vegetarian/vegan meals – breakfast, lunch, dinner, and spontaneous coffee moments. If you like to cook, chop, stir, serve, or learn your way around a big pot, this is your spot.

Environment

If you love soil, green things, or simply want to keep the land we use happy, this is for you. Gardening, plant care, composting, and nature-respect are the core of this team's rhythm. No green thumb required, just green thoughts.

Eco Team

The gentle stewards of cleanliness and order. You’ll help with trash separation, compost collecting, and making sure every space: forest, field, and path – is clean and cared for. It’s not just cleaning – it’s protecting what protects us.

Logistics

The quiet conductors of everything. From moving materials to transporting people or fetching last-minute items – this team makes things happen. A driver’s license is mandatory for this role with a minimum of 3+ years of experience. This role includes a short pre-chat with our logistics coordinator.

Runners

The festival’s quiet heroes. You’re the go-to helper for anything and everything. Being a Runner means seeing every corner of Mumush come to life. If you’re fast, flexible, and full of spirit, this is your spot.

Festival-Time Teams

Info Point & Merchandise

Help guests find their way, their rhythm, or the perfect T-shirt. You’ll assist with top-ups, questions, and festival merch. Perfect for clear communicators who love to help with a smile.

Gate / Accreditation

Be the first smile they see. This team welcomes participants and artists, checks tickets, hands out wristbands, and answers first questions. You set the tone – with warmth and a little sparkle.

Artist Camping Management

Help care for our performing artists by preparing and maintaining their camping area. Be their friendly point of contact and support during their stay. A calm, helpful presence is key here.

Parking Management

Keep the comings and goings flowing. You’ll guide vehicles, prevent traffic jams, and help people arrive smoothly. Good for organized minds and patient hearts.

Stage Runner

The Stage Manager’s right hand. You'll help with gear changeovers, backstage organization, and artist support. This role requires a calm head when the music is loud and a proactive "see a need, fill a need" spirit.

Festival Runners

Activities Support

Workshops, lectures, and creative daytime sessions need quiet helpers behind the scenes. Help facilitators set up, gather materials, and make sure everything flows. If you love being part of shared learning and gentle inspiration – this is your spot.

Bar Help

Help set up and dismantle the bars – two days before and two days after the festival. A behind-the-scenes role for hands-on humans who like structure and flow.
