Arts & Crafts

Body painting since prehistorical times gave the opportunity for humans to create a deeper connection with themselves by accentuating and decorating parts of the body or simply using it as the most personal canvas for self-expression. Nowadays we associate the term mostly with kid's parties, festivals or Halloween, although just the print of a flower dipped in paint could awaken so much, giving us the possibility to spring away a little from our everyday human form.
Even more spectacular transformations can be achieved through prosthetics (SFX makeup)-plating up the possibility to "sculpt" our body by adding horns, larger cheekbones or adding lizard skin texture etc. If you interested to dive in this world of shapes, colors and textures then this is the place for you.
Zsuzsi Kassay’s workshop welcomes all levels of experience: Beginners have the opportunity to learn the basics, to then create their own project, while intermediate level attendees can learn different pattern types, stitches and hacks to perfect their embroidery. Reading patterns or finding long sought out answers of the craft is as much a part of this endeavor as the actual practical part. Whatever your level, youngsters and adults, men and women, Hungarian, Romanian and English speakers, are all welcome to join.
In the World of faces collage-workshop by Daniel Hedin you will learn to follow your intuition and flow, to allow yourself to create freely. The workshop will focus most heavily on guiding people to believe and trust in their own feelings and their intuitions throughout creation. In this age of time focus is hard to come by. By finding focus in creation and letting go of the rules, in how we should create, and rather follow our intuition, then the anxiety of “what we ought to do” slowly loses its meaning.
Andrada Costea has a wealth of experience as a trainer and often incorporates playfulness, movement, and art, to create safe spaces for people to explore and express themselves. Her intention is to create a workshop which has art therapy at its center; an opportunity for people to connect and explore what art therapy means and then make a collaborative creative project. Andrada envisions a large work of art, a single colossal, and intuitive, painting which has all participants contributing.
Screen printing is a popular printmaking technique that can be easily applied for printing on fabric. The main idea behind Czuczor Laura’s workshop is to allow participants to print their own tote bags, t-shirts, skirts, or other suitable pieces of clothing, manually, and create customized handmade pieces. The design could be the logo of the festival which would allow the participants to partake in the process of creating their own personalized merch which would be also beneficial for the festival. All the preparatory steps would be managed by Laura and the participants would take part in color selection and the printing process itself.
Lokodi Eszter studied animation in the framework of the visual arts. She lives within industries of all ages, when it comes to the art of animation, being drawn to both digital and manual techniques of motion graphics. Eszter currently works as an intern at an animation studio, coloring and shadowing a children’s cartoon. Her favored drawing tools are crayons and charcoal pencils and she most enjoys creating and watching productions made for children/ families, that’s why she decided to have an activity which all generations can enjoy.

Healing

Framed by a forest and painted with the crisp morning light, Yogalates is the culmination of “A sound mind in a sound body” It’s led by an extraordinary woman, Cecilia Gyarmati, who’s breathed in the air, knowledge and culture of multiple continents. Her class is a holistic workout, one that merges yoga asanas and Pilates exercises for overall physical strength and mental wellbeing.
Built on the foundation of Yoga, a myriad of elements coalesce into what we know as Acroyoga. The most fascinating of these are the reliance on partnership and the role that gravity fulfills to do the acrobatics. Led by Stanik Bence and Paradi Mercedesz, this is a class which not only works on the body and the strength of the mind but it engages with much deeper facets of human nature: Trust and self-confidence.
Cristina Chirnogea is passionate about movement, dance, photography. In her workshop, The Ways of the Body she offers the possibility to explore somatic practices, movement and dance, in individual explorations, pairs and groups.
When we use our bodies to connect to others, to express, to play, to mirror, to lead, we can regain our playful selves, one that isn’t concerned by what the status or career the other person lives. In this way we can also tap into a feeling of belonging which is beyond that of the spoken word, one that comes from sharing rhythm, touch and sound. This is a language we all spoke fluently when we were younglings and through this workshop we will practice it once more.

Embark on a journey of self-discovery and holistic wellness, and together, cultivate a deeper connection to yourselves and the world around you through the transformative practices of yoga and chakra exploration.
Yoga Synergy is found by Simon Borg Olivier and Bianca Machliss. They created this style to make yoga more accessible for the people and to bring more understanding in what yoga really is. Yoga Synergy method is a way of doing yoga by actively moving into the postures or asanas. By actively moving in to the poses the body gets warm but the heart rate doesn't goes high. With other words the body gets firm and relaxed in the same time ( स्थिरसुखमासनम् ॥ ४६॥ sthira sukham āsanam || Patanjali Sutras). Having the movement brakes out from the linearity of the hatha yoga practice. It also makes our joints to move in the best possible ways for them. The sequences are created to mobilize the spine and the whole body and to unblock the blockages within. It has several benefits, just to mention a few: improves the digestive, reproductive, lymphatic, cardiovascular and nervous system's functions, improves the stability and mobility in the joints and gives you love, balance and a smiling body. Join the workshop with Ágnes Madaras and enjoy the flow and creativity in yoga!
The Thai Massage workshop, ran by Horváth Attila, has a simple, and straightforward, purpose: To offer people a glimpse into the world of Thailand’s traditional therapy. Attendees will be working in pairs to learn a series of basic movements involving the whole body. The workshop, in itself, will be a good opportunity to connect, strengthen intuition and refresh together.
The first time Johann, born and raised in the Alps of Tirol, came in touch with the psytrance movement was around 11 years ago. It was a life changing event which convinced him to travel the world so he could experience more of this amazing movement. As he received so much from the music, the good times and the moments with amazing people, he was looking for something to give back. That was what pulled him deep into the art of making masala chai. This powerful brew, which grounds your soul, soothes your mind and pushes your body at the same time, seems like the perfect potion for these gatherings. After some years of brewing and perfecting the recipe Johann feels ready to share it with the community. This brought him to his first Mumush in 2023 where he was able to introduce the masala chai as part of the healing area. In his own words: “The appreciation and love at this festival made it an unforgettable time and created a place I felt home. I'll be glad to be home again and share the process of making masala chai with everyone at the healing area”

Ceremonial Cacao have been used as a healing remedy since thousands of years in South America. It has a heart opening capability, which helps us to connect to our inner deeper layers and also to connect with the beings around us. Cacao is opening the gate between the Muladhara (Navel) and Anahata chakra (Heart), so we can tune in to the universal unconditional love. Cacao contains numerous active compounds, nutrients and anti-oxidants that stimulate the brain's production of neurotransmitters, neuro-modulators and increases the heart’s bloodflow. This results in the release of feel-good hormones like Endorphins, Serotonin, and Dopamine, which are responsible for our improved mood after drinking or eating cacao. So we invite you to join us for a cup of cacao at the fireplace in the Healing Area, come clean-minded to enjoy the effects of the bean and together we will enter into a meditative journey of a couple of hours - setting intentions, playing and singing songs which support opening our hearts and inviting the energy of love to meet whatever we need to meet to grow deeper in love with our human and mumush experience.
After enjoying the cacao we will move our bodies in the healing area to the tunes selected by Psykos and Drea Yang, who will escort us through a deeper exploration of conscious movement and dance supported by the heart opening effect of the cacao. Ends with a sharing circle.
Come, relax into the earth, close your eyes and listen. We will connect our psyche with the universal heart and dive into a cosmic experience together. This journey is heart-opening and reconnecting us to the source from within. We will be guided with sounds, words and songs to feel ourCELLves more. Whatever emerges from here is a reflection of our true selves. It shows us the way into another dimension of meditation, of being present. Come well, welcome, gentle heart, to be at peace from wHere you are.
This is a journey through the elements of creation. We will explore the earth, the air, the water, the fire and feel their presence within us and everything that surrounds us. We will sing, we will breathe and we will move consciously, uniting what we experience in the element of the ether which connects everything. We will melt into each other and explore boundaries through the gentle play of a cuddle puddle.
The word Tantra comes from the ancient Sanskrit language and means “woven together”, to weave or to compose. The whole concept of Tantra seems to bring about lots of mysterious and mystical impressions with it, most of us earthlings being totally confused about what it refers to. Amongst many things we think it is, Tantra also refers to a spiritual practice through which we consciously weave together our physical, intellectual, emotional AND spiritual experiences. Consciously feeling, observing, moving and speaking, consciously being present with what is.
Mantra also comes from Sanskrit and represents a word, sound or phrase repeated to support concentration in a meditation practice, to support focus and creativity in someONE who is praying. We are weaving the practices of Tantra together with Mantra in these couple of hours in which we will play, pray, sing and move together.
We invite you to a round of meditation, exploration and wonder using the power of sound. Bring your instruments, if you have any, bring your sacred presence and your willingness to listen, bring your voice and bring your friends! Come to explore what we are weaving together and to strengthen the matrix of Love on this planet!
A sharing circle is a practice of active listening with some guidelines that can teach us to listen more deeply, filter our speech and show up for our spiritual growth, our communities and the unknown of the present moment. We get to know ourselves and others better through being present, observing the eternal now and integrating experiences in a safe and sacred space of the heart. The Psychedelic Sharing Circle has been introduced into the Mumush Healing Area ever since the first edition, its purpose: To gather in a circle and share about our psychedelic experiences we had, with or without any potions that helped us get into a connected state with the whole universe and its parts which are normally hidden to the human eye. We will explore our experiences in this circle, actively listening to what is shared and opening up to more understanding, acceptance and integration of our life-experiences.

Jam Stage

Ficture - music looping workshop with Tokár Gábor
Using various loopers, synths, sequencers, percussion, electric guitar, etc.: the central aspect of this is to perform all sounds live, recording these sounds and using them as building blocks for the music, which eventually turns into a performance.
During these workshops the focus will be on the community aspect of it. It helps with self-evaluation and focus on many - not just musical - levels, not to mention that it is simply a fun thing to do, which also creates a strong connection between participants and listeners of the workshop.
